Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Orion Work AI platform. By accessing or using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Orion Work AI (“Orion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the website at orionworkai.com and all related services (collectively, the “Service”).

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the following criteria to use the Service:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• You are not located in, or a national or resident of, any country subject to international sanctions
• You are not on any government-issued list of prohibited or restricted parties
• Your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities conducted through your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.

4. Programmes and Services

4.1 Lightning 72-Hour Trial

The Lightning Trial requires a minimum deposit as specified during registration. The deposit is processed after confirmation of payment details provided to you by our team. Programme terms, return figures, and timelines are as described on the platform at time of enrolment.

4.2 180-Day Empire Programme

The Empire Programme requires submission of proof-of-funds documentation for eligibility verification. No actual transfer of funds is required at the verification stage. Programme activation, milestones, and returns are as described on the platform.

4.3 Booster Access

Empire Programme participants who meet eligibility criteria (typically on Day 3) may be invited to apply for account boosters. Booster terms and conditions are communicated via email at time of eligibility notification.

4.4 Programme Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any programme with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

5. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information or documents
• Attempt to circumvent any security measure or access controls on the platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal financial activity
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our prior written consent

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and intellectual property on the Service are owned by or licensed to Orion Work AI. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Platform performance projections and programme return figures are based on historical AI model performance and are not guarantees of future results.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ORION WORK AI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Orion Work AI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise inappropriate.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@orionworkai.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published by us on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Orion Work AI with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
